Alan Hough Bio
Alan is widely recognized as one of the leading directors of elite clubs in the country. Prior to joining FC Prime Alan held the position of Development Academy Director at NWSL club Orlando Pride.
He has over ten years soccer experience in the US and specializes in developing new and existing clubs.
Following a successful period in Texas, Alan came to Florida in 2010 and has been pivotal in developing two of the leading clubs in the state, Global Premier Soccer and Orlando City Youth Soccer.
As ECNL Director at OCYS Alan stabilized and rebuilt the club to a consistent top 25 program, placing 3 teams into the champions league for multiple years.
On the soccer field Alan is a USSF A licensed coach and has guided players into youth national teams, professional clubs and helped over 250 players into universities across the US.
Alan also has vast experience working with local counties and sports commissions. In 2011 in partnership with Lee County and Jet Blue Park he helped GPS west develop 6 new soccer fields and launch a new club in Fort Myers.
More recently, Alan has been instrumental working with Seminole County and the Central Florida Sports Commissions to secure contracts for hosting high level national events, ECNL showcases for boys and the NCAA Final 4 Women’s College Cup.
Today Alan has created FC Prime with the full support of Broward County to bring ECNL and develop a premium soccer facility that can host regional and national level events.
Football Club Prime is delighted to announce Tricia Taliaferro as the Girls ECNL & Player Development Director. Tricia brings a wealth of experience that includes US Soccer National Teams, Women's Division I College Soccer, and a vast expertise in the youth soccer landscape.

Having Tricia join the club is the latest step of building our vision at FC Prime in becoming a leader in player development in South Florida. Tricia is a highly decorated soccer expert in this country. From the outset I felt she was only candidate to manage the girls program and we are ecstatic that she’s joined our journey.” Says Alan Hough, FC Prime Executive Director.

Tricia will oversee the girl’s programs in Broward County, ensuring we deliver the highest level of programming for our membership. Her experience as a Director of Coaching at the youth level, and 13 seasons as a college Head Coach, affords the FC Prime membership every opportunity to realize their dreams of a collegiate career.
Further, Tricia holds the prestigious’ positions as US Club Soccer Girls ID2 Director and US Soccer's U23 Women's National Team assistant. Tricia has also worked with various other National Federations.

Football Club Prime announces Melony Poviones as Girls Junior Technical Director. Melony comes to Prime after a decorated career as a player and beginning her time as a budding youth coach.
A multiple time state champion in both club and high school, Melony was a standout youth player in Broward County. Selections to the Olympic Development Program, and All-County teams, helped her to St Thomas University. There Poviones was able to pick up honors as Rookie Of The Year (2011), Player Of The Year (2012), and Best Female Athlete (2013) while earning All-Conference and All-American honors. Poviones did not stop there however, as her eclectic understanding of the sport saw her become USA Footvolley Champion 2016-2017.

As a coach, Melony has started her career managing both High School and Club soccer. More famously, she is the Owner/Operator of Shooting Stars Indoor Soccer where some of the best young talent in Broward county come to hone their craft.

Football Club Prime announces Cody Sasvari as Director Of Media. Sasvari comes to Prime with an extensive youth coaching resume, as well as handling the online media for soccer businesses throughout Florida.
Sasvari started coaching for FC America at age 17 where he began to hone his craft. Working under some of the most respected coaches in the state of Florida, Cody quickly showed his quality in having a hand in producing some of the highest level players. Eventually this led him to Orlando City where he worked with players of all ages and helped them into ECNL as well as College soccer.
“We’re very pleased to announce the addition of Cody to our directorship. Having worked closely with Cody for a number of years we knew bringing him onboard was a key acquisition for the organization. His skillset and innovative thinking off the field will not only serve our current membership by keeping them up to date with the club, but also grow our brand nationwide. Furthermore, Cody’s coaching experience will see him play a pivotal role within our pre-ECNL and showcase programs.”
As a Media specialist, Sasvari has helped several soccer businesses, as well as clubs, gain notoriety for their achievements. Most recently, Sasvari led the way in campaigns that saw Orlando City grow their registration as well increase their online footprint to include hundreds of thousands of impressions a month for the youth side.

FC Prime is pleased to announce Daniel Tidmarsh as the Director of Football & Events. Daniel has an extensive background in soccer as a Director, ECNL & DA head coach, and managing high level tournaments and events.
As Director of Football Daniel brings his expertise in developing and nurturing young players to reach their potential. This success was noted by several different entities. US Soccer appointed Daniel Tidmarsh as the head of US Soccer Training Centers in the state of Florida. This led to his inclusion in US Soccer Coaches annual “30 under 30” for 2016 which recognizes the nations top soccer educators aged 29 and younger.

Daniel has a proven track record of bringing the preeminent clubs together to compete against one another using his extensive network. This will not only showcase the best talent in the country to compete on our doorstep, but also grow soccer as a whole in the Sunshine State. Daniel, a native of Cyprus, has a coaching background that spans three continents. This brings a worldly knowledge of the game that makes him uniquely equipped to get the most out of our diverse player pool. Plying his trade as a player, Daniel was a standout student-athlete while progressing through Hartpury Residential Football Academy. From there Daniel earned his BA (Hons) in Sports Management from Bournemouth University.

Football Club Prime is delighted to announce Mike Scandizzo as our Girls Junior Director. Mike has a long standing resume with high level players in South Florida. With work across two of the larger clubs in the area, Mike brings an understanding of the landscape that is beneficial to the Prime Player Pathway. Scandizzo will also serve as the head coach of the 2009 & 2010 girls teams.

A specialist in the u8 - u12 ages, Mike has placed 80% of his young players into national level platforms over the course of his nine years working in South Florida. Not limited to the youngest ages though, Scandizzo led a pair of 11v11 teams deep into the rounds of State Cup in recent years. This experience, combined with Junior Technical Director - Melony Poviones, ensures FC Prime is serving all aspects of development for our youngest athletes.
